Q. How long is shipping?

Standard Shipping is 7 business days after 2-3 days processing time.
Business days are Monday Friday excluding Holidays and weekends.
Q. I placed multiple orders; Can you combine shipping?
A. We cannot combine shipping or refund shipping for multiple orders with separate tracking or order numbers.
Q. My hair arrived late, and I had to cancel my appointment. Can I get a refund?
A. We advise not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a hair appointment or other engagement it is best to order in advance to allow for unanticipated delays.
We ARE NOT responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, sales, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Processing times are normally longer during sales. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day.
Q. What if I miss my delivery or my package is lost or stolen?
A. If you miss your delivery, please contact your local post office for further instructions. If your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost. Belle by Kay is not responsible and will not provide refunds for lost or stolen packages, or any shipping delays once your package has left our possession.
Please make sure that you confirm your address through our website and PayPal. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER GOING TO THE ADDRESS THAT IS LISTED ON THE INVOICE. Any orders over $300 may require identification to prove that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and reported.
Q. Do you ship Internationally?
A. Currently, we do not ship internationally. Belle By Kay only ships within the United States. Please sign up for our newsletter for announcements informing when international shipping will begin.
Q. When will I receive a tracking number?
A. You will receive a tracking number once your order is passed the processing phase and ready to be shipped. Usually within 3-5 business days.

A. Refunds will not be issued after 48 hours. Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. If you received the wrong product, missing any products or have concerns please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise. We will be happy to rectify the issue. Please do not cut any lace or wefts, unravel bundles, or install the hair. Please double check your order before confirming your purchase as we cannot cancel or apply any discounts and/or changes once your order is submitted.

Q. How long does it take to get a custom unit made?
A. Custom units take 10 business days to create plus an additional 4-5 days for shipping.
Q. What if my custom unit or ready made unit does not fit?
A. Click here to watch this video on how to take your measurements. We ask that you double check your measurements before purchasing. We will not be liable for a unit with wrong measurements once construction is done and the unit has been shipped. At this point you must contact us within 48 hrs of receiving the unit and you will be liable for a 10% reconstruction fee and shipping back the wrong sized unit.

Glam Belle Collection is quality hair for anyone who wants to be beautiful and glamorous. Our Glam Belles are always on trend and reinventing themselves through their hair. With proper maintenance our Glam Belle Collection will last up to 6 months to 1 year.
Luxe Belle Collection is raw hair which is a higher quality than our Glam Belle Collection. It’s for the client that knows who they are and knows what they want. Our Luxe Belles believe in investing in quality and getting the most out of that investment. With proper maintenance our Luxe Belle Collection will last up to 3 years.

A. The amount of hair you need depends on the style and length you want to achieve.
Q. Can the hair be colored?
A. Yes, all Belle By Kay Extensions can be colored. If you plan to color your hair, please seek the help of a professional.

Q. How do I maintain the hair?
- Always detangle your hair using a wide tooth comb starting from the ends to the root.
- Never Sleep on wet hair.
- Always wrap your hair or place in two braids before going to bed to prevent tangling. Its also recommended to use a satin pillowcase and or bonnet.
- To maintain the integrity of your hair please do not cut the wefts. If you or your stylist must cut wefts, please use a sealant to prevent excess shedding.
- Wash, condition and fully dry your hair after install take down. Place inside the satin bag provided with your purchase. Always store in a cool dry place.
Q. Can I go swimming with my hair?
A. Yes, you can go swimming in your Belle hair extensions. Always detangle, wash and condition immediately after swimming.
